Put 30 oz in a sock, the sock tore open after 2 minutes.all the stablizer went directly into the skimmer. Now what do I do?

There's nothing you can do. It's in your filter and may take up to a week to dissolve. No biggie for a one time event. We simply advise against it repeatedly because there's no good reason to put acid through the equipment.
I'd run the pump for a 3 or 4 days so it stays well flushed.
