Oh the date of the motor pump is 2018 but we have move at the "new house" here almost a year now.

Hello all,

I notice the skimmer was not strong because alots of insect in the pool. And then i notice the PSI on the pump filter a little higher then usual. I think normally its at 18 psi now at 22 and "max" is 24.
What I did is clean the filter pump. The filter is brand new from like a month. I just clean and evacuate the water out from the filter pump. Then the pool pump I have notice normally its take 2 minutes to fill up. Now way longer and it doesn't "fill up" maybe like 80-90%.I have close the cover and its really tight. I even bought new "ringer".

Here the water is like flat not too much movement.

You need to get the shaft seal replaced before water damages the motor.

Question about the Hayward CX225XREM filter cartridge.
Is there a side I have to put on?

This side wheres is wrinting on the filter or

You have to take the pump apart. No, it doesn't matter which filter end is up, they're identical.

I tried to find a videos on Youtube and elsewhere and cannot find any videos of Sta-rite DYNA PRO-E or Dynapro 3/4 HP Pentair

I think I have found the problem. Yesterday with the Hayward CX225XREM filter cartridge (1 month) we have put like a spray to clean it.
And then we have let it stay for a couples of minutes and reput back the filter and eveyrthing was working very well.
PSI was at 16 and took less then a minute for the "motor basket" to fill up and no air seen.
Now this morning we clean the polls because it was not working for a couples of days.
Then same issue re-occur, the jet is not strong and I notice the PSI went up back at 18 AND the "motor basket" is fill up to like 80 % more then an hour now.

Did I have to put a "Filter Cleaner" before usage?Because I tested without the filter and it was working like "usual".

Replacing a shaft seal is virtually the same in most pumps. Look for a video for a Max-E-Glass 2 or Max-E-Glass Pro. Same seal.
