Hi,

I have an old sta-rite glas mpra6g-140L 1HP pump and a bolt broke off from the housing assembly - see pictures. It runs fine but leaks with 1 bolt on the left side missing. Looking for ideas to fix since the pump is so old and don't want to spend $200+ for new assembly. Also, this is a 2nd pump on our pool and used very occasionally so could live with a small leak.

- Is it possible to remove the broken part of the bolt and replace bolt?
- Is it possible to drill through broken bolt and all the way thru plastic housing and then put new bolt with nut and lots of sealant to try to avoid leaks.
- Is it possible to seal pump from leaking with just the 5 bolts and not replacing the bolt
- Other options?

Thank You!
