SS pump seized. Options/suggestions?

Hey folks, my challenger pump seized over the weekend. Knew it was coming as we had a bearing whine for a few months.

Anyhow I want to replace with VS unfortunately the process of finding 011018 with a "licensed installer" is proving to be a painful search.

The main guy I use for parts can get the 011056 and install it for $1500. 011018 not available from his distributors. Won't install a product not purchased from him.

Second guy can install 011018 if I buy it but he's insured not "licensed".. So no warranty.

Third option is big box store with big prices.

Anyone in North texas/Johnson County have any suggestions for service?

The VSF (011056) for that price installed by a Pentair dealer (with appropriate pump unions) is not a bad price. VSF is fine - has some software in it that you can ignore.
