The first night we got in the spa, the 4 of us could not be in front of our jets. I called the sales person, after of course measuring to scale where the jets are on the plans vs actual. the spa is 4'6" x 6' and has 3 benches; 2 jets on the 6' bench and 1 each on the 4'6" benches. The salesman confirmed to me that the jets are in fact off by 2.5-3". Also, the single jets opposing are not even in alignment, which is quite disturbing. The foreman has mentioned to me that the builder has some variances??? Could somebody who has experience in this arena, please tell me what the allowable variances would be if the jets were incorrectly placed in the spa, to where four people cannot sit with a jet on their backs at the same time. The builder even went as far as to change the fittings and install spinner jets. They did not work, in fact, they created a back pressure to the point that the bubbler was spewing out water.
