Spa Fountain Pipe Repair

My spa has a pipe that screws into a fitting on the floor that is part of the water return pipe. This pipe feeds a fountain head for a nice effect when the pump is running. Last night, teenagers engaged with the pipe and I found it on the floor of the spa along with pizza boxes and french fries but that's beside the point. There is no fitting on the bottom of the pipe. I believe the fitting that was the male threads is still screwed into fitting on the pool floor. Either the female thread fitting, or another fitting, snapped during this incident so we now have a jagged piece of pvc where the pipe goes.

I believe the way to fix this is to drain the spa and remove the broken pieces and install replacements. Since I don't have a pump, and I'm not aware of a way to drain only the spa, this means I have to call my reliable and affordable pool guy. My wife wants me to investigate other methods before I do that so here I am.

Appreciate any insights or suggestions.

Pump the water from the spa into the pool. Set suction from spa and return to pool. Run the pump. Shut it off before it sucks air.

You can manually shift the valves using the toggles switches on the actuators. Just remember to put them back.

In Service Mode?
Yes in Service Mode. These are the steps.
Put the pool in Service Mode
Set the Valves button to Drain
Select a speed on the pump panel
Hit the Stop/Start button on the pump panel.

That fires up pump but since no valves turned the pump is just filling the spa as it does in Pool mode. I can try manually shifting the valve but I'm not sure which valve. Here's a picture of my pool equipment. Can you help me identify the valve to toggle? Thanks.

You need to post the picture so I can enlarge it. No way I can see anything on that picture.

That is odd the valves did not move. But they move for Spa mode?
