spa comes on automatically

Our spa comes on automatically randomly. I cannot program it to stay off.
We have already replaced the electronic panel in the house and at the pool panel.

Can you give us more information on your equipment? Brand, model, etc. Can you fill out your signature?
I suggest you read ABC's of Pool Water Chemistry.

From my limited knowledge of spas... They normally do this on a schedule 2 or more times a day. It's so that your water is filtered and ready for you when you go to use it, and also filtered when you don't use it.

I assume we are talking about a pool/spa combination...

If so, the most likely problem is a bad spa control panel.. assuming you have one that is located right at the spa itself.. They tend to have about 4 buttons and a light and are often built right into the spa...

Tell us more about the automation system you have..

When you say the spa "comes on" what does that mean.. What actually happens?

Edit.. Does this problem occur randomly or at the same time each day???

My Sundance spa has an automatic cycle where it comes on daily at noon and runs all the jets/pump. I believe it has an option to do that automatically at other times too if set up so. It is just for 2 minutes at a time.
Is your hot tub turning off after it turns on??
