Spa Blower Questions

We are having two issues with our spa blower (Air Supply Silencer 2hp).

1. Blower pops off the PVC pipe. It's been in use (installed) for a couple years but now all of a sudden is doing this. What could all of a sudden be the cause? I read that it's ok to secure with a couple screws threw the PVC and check valve but if there is a root cause I would rather resolve vs. securing with screws and having that cause any issues.
2. When the blower does stay on it will shut itself off after a few minutes and won't turn back on for 10 or 15 minutes. Could it be overheating? Could there be a blockage in the pipe causing a back flow issue?

Any insights would be appreciated.

Sounds like you might have a blockage. That would account for both problems. You said check valve? I would check that first. If the blower mounts to it you may be able to remove the blower and see if the valve is functional.

The check valve is allowing air through.

Both those problems have the same root cause.

Has anyone touched your spa nozzles?

Post pics of your equipment and likely path to the spa? How old is your pool? Any work around the area that could have cracked the air pipe?

Pool/spa are about 3 years old. No, no work around the pool and the spa jets are fully open.
