So I opened the sand filter for a deep clean and the stand pipe is broken/cracked. Now I know why I haven't achieved my pool dreams yet this year. So can I replace just the standpipe? I guess I'm gonna have to take all the sand out. Grrrrrrr

Awesome! Thank you for the scheme! I have called my local hayward dealer and they say they can have it in for tomorrow pickup. I have to replace the entire lateral assembly which is likely for the best. So I'm now removing the sand to a tarp and will go from there. Grrrrrrrr! Pool life is a struggle this year!
