You may not be backwashing enough. That's a very common error. How long do you go usually?

I usually backwash when my filter goes from 10psi to 11psi because at that point the pressure drops to where it's not circulating very well...

Backwash until the water out of the hose is crystal clear. Or, as clear as your pool water

5/12 9pm FC 11.5 (I tested it outside and the lighting wasn't very good, but I was pretty sure the solution was clear after 23 drops)
5/13 6am FC 12 (the solution must not have been quite clear last night)
I'm not positive if I'm done SLAMing yet, but I'm fairly confident. I wasn't able to test the CC. I ran out of reagent. Fear not! More is on the way!
And I believe my pool is Clear! (Please look past the need to vacuum!)
