Slam and filter pump speed?

Just starting a mustard algae slam, have a dual speed pump, ok to run on low speed or is high speed necessary? thanks

Mustard algae SLAM is not a thing... Mustard Algae levels are a separate part of the SLAM Process. But I'd caution that MANY people think they have mustard algae when they have just plain old boring algae. So - provided you have a proper test kit to do SLAM, run a regular SLAM to clear the pool first. Pump speed is less important; low is fine.
