Skimmer crack

Just noticed this crack in the skimmer. Should I be worried about this leaking or should it be sealed behind?

You will need to seal the crack, and if possible find out what is happening on your deck to put pressure on the skimmer. It looks like you have a crack in the coping as well. Is the deck also cracked in that area?
 
Pool epoxy or any waterproof epoxy should work. Replacing the skimmer would involve chipping out the concrete around it on the deck.
