You will need to seal the crack, and if possible find out what is happening on your deck to put pressure on the skimmer. It looks like you have a crack in the coping as well. Is the deck also cracked in that area?
It's a cantilevered deck and it's just one of the seams in the deck. What would I seal the crack in the skimmer with? How hard would it be to replace the skimmer?
Pool epoxy or any waterproof epoxy should work. Replacing the skimmer would involve chipping out the concrete around it on the deck.
