My contractor that is helping me has some materials on hand from a previous build and he is just "tossing" them in. Hence the extra Savi. Also getting a new brick paver walkway in the front since the excavation crew busted up my walkway while hauling dirt from the dig.

Looks great! Now go measure to make sure it is right. Add 3" from the steel to the middle of the skimmer to make sure the steel is deep enough.

Are you happy with your ledge and such? Make sure BEFORE the gunite it shoot.

Waiting on the permit from the city. Have to have permit for 1st inspection. Hoping for next week. They have 2-3 days of patio work so not too worried about any delays. Plus they completed all this in one week, so thing are moving very fast.

Is it going to a flat roof over the patio? If so, consider adding gutters and down spouts and a rain water collection barrel. You can use rain water in the pool as it is perfect for fill - no calcium, low pH and almost no TA. Best water you can get and, best yet, it's FREE!
