We got our Dolphin Nautilus in 2017. We left it out while we were away this weekend, and the control unit took on a lot of water and no longer works. Should I replace just the power unit ($300) or buy an entirely new Dolphin? Ths is our 1st one, so I'm not sure the lifespan and don't want to invest $300 to get just another year or so.

You are essentially at MTTF -- Mean Time To Failure. Your current robot may or may not have more life. Could be a day, could be a few years.

I would get a full robot and power supply. Preferably one that the Power Supply works with the current robot. Run the new robot a few times to be sure all is good, then clean and dry it and store it. Use the current robot until failure.
