This year I have had TA and Ph on the low side and wonder if I should raise TA, Ph or Ch to get better CSI number for my vinyl pool ?

CSI doesn't apply to vinyl so you're fine. If anything, watch the pH. Not sure what kind of heater core/exchanger you have, but don't let the pH drop too low. A pH somewhere around 7.5 - 7.8 might be better.

With a TA of 80, pH will naturally rise on its own. You can aerate to speed up the process. Right now, I wouldn't add any chemicals to your water to adjust TA or pH.

On that note I bought replacement reagents for tf 100 and got 0014 for ph but use 0004 in my taylor kit. What up ?

The R-0014 is for the comparator viewer that comes with the TF-100. The R-0004 is for the larger view tube that is used with the Taylor K-2005/2006 versions.

Okay so can I use phenol red that comes in cheap oto/ph test kits ? Same colour and drop size ?
