If you run your pump 24/7, it makes 2.8FC at 25%.
So, it depends on your chlorine demand. You may need to turn it up in summer and down in winter.
So, change the % output so that you maintain your FC for your CYA. Link-->FC/CYA Levels

I think the question is, is the super chlorinator is separate from the percentage on the weekly schedule. This is the test results I received from Leslie pool. What I read on tfp my calcium hardness should be around 450 ppm

We don't trust pool store testing and don't give advice based on those results. Why? Pool store testing is notoriously wrong. We could give you advice based on bad testing and ultimately do harm.

Here are the kits we recommend. Link-->Test Kits Compared

This is advice NOT based on your test. You should test yourself. However, 250 CH is just fine for a plaster pool. When you get your kit, you should test your fill water for pH, TA and CH.

Super Chlorinate sets the output to 100%.

I have the Taylor 2006. When testing the calcium the directions stats from red turn to blue.mine turns turquoise. So I wasn't sure about my test. Wanted to double checck
