Serious help needed

Why double up on the nets? They are catching stuff and seem to be working fine. Just change daily or as needed. I change mine every 2-3 days once I see the pressure drop and my water is clear. Keep up with the POP (Pool Owner's Patience/ Persistence) - I've enjoyed watching your progress!

First, thank you for your support, and input. I'm trying to find a happy medium wherein I am getting maximum filtration without loss of water flow that will impede my filter. I am changing the nets with every FC test. They are cheap, and ez.

I know you posted pics but photobucket keeps blowing up my iPad ;)

So in words, do you have a clarity improvement over the last day of settled function, eg a foot, two? I know its hard to wait, but I think this gives you the best chance to put this slam to bed ;)

Seems like your FC is holding reasonably well too, so keep up the watch and good work ;)

Test at 1PM CST, July 7th:

FC 17.5

Filter PSI holding steady at 15;no backwashing needed. I'm using triple stacked hairnets to maximize filtration at the skimmers. Lots of small pine needles, and some dirty discoloration observed. Flow does not seem to be lessened.

Yes, I think there may be. I am hesitant to proclaim same only because I am looking at this each day. However, I think things are clearer, albeit by a small amount. My best guess is that visibility is about 18-24 inches . I wish you could see my pictures. I am following your advice.

Excellent! Thanks. And yes, I believe we're seeing movement in the right direction here, at least based on my own blackwater swamp trials and the "many shades of swamp".

Stay the course and I'll send the pool-owner-patience mojo ;)
