ScreenLogic Showing 0 Salt but IC60 and Testing Show Good Levels

The wiring does not look right to me. i see multiple things connected to the line side and the only thing connected to line should be the circuit breaker. All pool features should be attached to the load side.

Gary,

The wiring appears ok to me.. they are just connecting more than one wire to the line side to jumper to the line side of other relays.... All the relays that are used have their load sides connected...

Thanks,

Jim R.

There is a conductivity sensor, a temperature sensor and a flow sensor in the cell. The sensors send the data to the onboard computer to determine flow, temperature and calculate salinity based on temperature and conductivity.

The onboard computer can send the data to the easytouch but there is no separate sensor that sends data to easytouch.

The explanation you were given is not accurate. The fix did not work because it wasn't based on correct information.

The only sensor that is replaceable is the flow/temperature sensor. That communicates with the cell computer. What you were told doesn't make sense.

Thanks. Hopefully, he was trying to dumb something down to me or something along that line.

His next visit is while I am away so I don't think I'll be able to corral him.

Whew! Thanks for chiming in. I was worried I was going to have to track down a separate electrician to go over this for an outsider's opinion.

I'm going to go look at a few installs with their wiring and see what I can trace. Most of it is Greek to me.
