ScreenLogic not showing flow

Just installed new pool with Pentair Screenlogic. The screen that shows pump rpm, watts, and flow all work great except the flow shows —-. Did my pool builder not configure this. Everything else works, oops except history, but I’m more concerned with the flow issue. Any ideas?

What model pump do you have?

You have an EasyTouch system or IntelliTouch?

My VSF pump shows GPM, but my VS pump does not. I think you have to have a VSF pump for that feature.

Keep in mind that 95% of pools never need the flow side of the pump... Keeping it simple is always the best policy..
