Screenlogic Connect does not work on Android or iPhone, works on laptop

I have a Pentair intelliflo vsf pump that is connected via a com cable.
4 circuits: pool 1200 rpm, spa 2400rpm, solar 1500rpm, cleaner 1500rpm.

The pump says "pump address 1, display not active, pressure limit" (the pump seems to be running full speed a 3000rpm, which is what I assume pressure limit means)

Pump type: VS

System is on auto and running a schedule as normal, and there is only one schedule.

Reading the easy touch manual, I'm guessing I'm supposed to have the pump type set to vsf+svrs?

If you have the SVRS option, then you got screwed!!!

I know this because I also got screwed with the SVRS option..

Unless you have a really old pump, it should be VSF.. Not sure there is a SVRS option on the EasyTouch.

SVRS will shut the pump off if it detects any 'surge' in water flow.. I joke that if my next-door neighbor passes a little gas, my pump will shut off.. Not quite that bad, but it is a real pain.. I have learned what not to do..

I don't let the water level get just a little low.. I don't quickly shut off the filter air vent valve. I don't quickly change any manual valves.. Etc.

My pool builder said an SVRS option was required, but that was just not true, so I assume he had one he needed to get rid of.. The IntelliFlo is the Gold standard of pool pumps, but the IntelliFlo-SVRS is the 'Brown' standard of pool pumps, if you catch my drift.

Try VSF and see what happens.. Also confirm that the pump does not have 3.03 or 3.04 F/W....

I did have the VSF option and it seems to have worked! The instruction manual only listed VS and VSF+svrs.
