Hey honor and Welcome !!!

i have phobia of main drain
You are far more likely to be hit by a bus while crossing the street. That'll happen many, many times today while less drain accidents will happen worldwide all year. 😁

If the drains are VBG compliant, it all but eliminates the real, but very infrequent concern.

When the suction is properly adjusted with most of the pull coming from the skimmers, it eliminates the risk even further.

2 skimmers on individual runs is our minimum reccomendation here, located per the prevailing winds. Not only does it help you when the wind shifts around some, but if anything took one out of service, you can still function with the other one until it's fixed.

rather to hit by bus 100x time than stock in pool drain :ROFLMAO:
ill have no drain ... the way to drain water ill plog an external pump.
im trying to avoid making main drain if possible
ya my plan to add 2x skimmer.. any advice for circulation if no main drain?

There are millions of pools in the world with no drains that function 100% fine. Depending on size and shape of the pool, 2 to 4 returns will mix the water and direct it to the skimmers.

Post up a plan when you get them along with the direction(s) the wind usually blows and we'll help map it out for you.

Fair enough. I was just putting it into context. :). We were also convinced as children that we'd be on fire frequently and need to 'stop, drop and roll' and quicksand was a big deal too. Neither have yet to matter and I'd have to think real hard to come up with a friend of a friend of a cousin that it did 17 years ago.

Yesterday on the other hand, I fixed my 100th flat tire and I'm about to file my taxes for the 30th time. :ROFLMAO:

Ok GREAT. Hang tight in case somebody has better thoughts, but this is what i have for efficiency considering the wind.

thank you
i was talking to most swimming pool store...
as usual they keep saying to me you need to make Main drain. for 2x reason.. the clear of bottom and in case water below skimmers. Also they said i need vacuum point underwater is that a real issue i need to adjust if i go without main drain

how do you even vacuum a pool with sand in it?
To my understanding it's basically a sandy epoxy slurry that hardens isn't loose sand.
in case water below skimmers.
Yes you may run the pump dry if the water level drops below the skimmers, but i can do the same with drains if my valves are set wrong.

I have a plate that goes over the skimmer basket for vacuumimg, or with no big debris, i shove the vac hose directly in the skimmer suction hole. I'd do it this way with or without drains.

no its example.. im just wondering what benefit of those line in pool

The lines in that pool look like they are just for appearance, but it also looks like the pool is being constructed differently from what you described.

Most skimmers have a second port for an equalizer line, which allows the skimmer to stay full even if the water drops below the skimmer mouth.

I've never been to Dubai, but I would assume heat and water temperature would need to be considered like in Texas. What you are describing is a relatively small body of water that could be prone to turning bath water in the summer.

If that is accurate, I would make sure you mitigate the bath water effect. Here are a couple of ideas:
- Make the pool bigger and deeper
- Install shade
- Add a chiller to the equipment
- Some sort of evaporative cooler into the return jets to mist the water

Hope that helps. I would hate to see you put the $ and effort into something that will not be refreshing and therefore under utilized.
