I have been using Leslie Instant Conditioner and now my salt level is reading 3560 and producing little chlorine. I never added salt this pool year and the bottle describes this as a salt. Could this be my problem ? PH is high so I was using this to lower. Thanks

Instant Conditioner is stabilizer or CYA which has little to do with your pH.
Your salt level being 3560 should not have anything to do with your SWCG producing chlorine.
What is your current CYA (stabilizer) level and why were you adding more?
