Salt Cell producing or to old?

Cell is from 2019...maybe time to replace?

Readings today are;
FC=5
TC=1
PH=7.8
TA=110
CYA=80

Infinity edge is showing very small amount of algae has a chlorine floater with tabs easy brush away
Brushing happens 3 times a week no algae in pool

Yesterday Used pool math;
FC=3
TC=3
PH=8
TA=115
CYA=80
added 1/2 gal chlorine 3 cups MA 20 mins apart

FYI-June 1 reverse osmosis completed on the pool and company completed balanced water all was good til this week

If the CELL light on the Intellichlor is steady green, the SWCG is producing chlorine.
