s200 in an above ground pool

Is there any reason not to use the s200 in an above ground pool? I know they have one for above ground pools, but it does not have a weekly timer mode, pleated filters or a 60 ft cord. Thanks!

I can't see any reason not to. I checked and it is safe for vinyl pools so you should be good to go. I do know some above ground pool cleaners are not good for in ground pool due to not being able to handle the slope. Since you are going to other direction my gut says it should be okay.

I am also going to ping @InyoRob and see what he has to say.

There are no reasons you couldn't use an S200 on an above ground pool. Hayward advertises it as an in-ground pool filter but it can be used on an above ground pool.
