Rusted skimmer

Let me know if that link works. It's not really full sun. I apologize for the backyard. We are still working on getting grass to grow. This was taken last July.
I can see it. The pool definitely looks blue. My pool gets full sun from 0830-1930. The sun just pounds the pool all day long.

I would have never picked a tan liner in the past, but that looks really nice. I might be a convert when I next order a new liner. I do have the swrirly swrils, but only because I wanted a boarder at the top that did not have a straight flat line. It would drive me nuts if not straight and with an overlap I didn't think that was possible. So I found one with a rock print at the top and the swirly swirls on the bottom.

As soon as this weather breaks n I get into the book at work, I'll show it off.

Currently going back n forth in email like a tag game. I gave them everything they asked for and they are contacting swimline to possibly see why they sent me the wrong print n size liner. I'm supposed to wait n see what they say. I have to say I was irritated over this given what we all are going through but knowing I made contact and I'm moving forward is a relief even though it's slow.

Just hauled 50 gallons of "Sodium hypochlorite". I'm ready for some summer time social distancing!

I think I'll keep stimulating the economy and buy a bigger DE filter too. I've been eyeing them up n there is no better time than right now. Go big or go home right? Oh :poop: ... I'm already home.

Got my haul put away. Spent roughly $165 on 12 cases (4 128 oz bottles per case). I used the dolly to help me take them in. I'll be using up the stuff on the steps first.

Note to all...........Casey is storing all of this liquid gold in a dark, cool place. If it is not stored like this it can degrade quickly.
You are correct. I even have some left over from last year that is probably still 10%.

Just received my brand new Hayward Perflex EC50 DE Filter. It's broken. The air relief valve is busted off inside the hole and the other piece of the air relief is laying in the bottom of the box. The pool company closest to me is closed. I had to call the one about an hour away. They are trying to figure out if they can send me just the top piece or... they dont know.

In other news... Cecil ate my brand new couch. I paid a lot of money for that couch. I ain't even mad at the dang dog because he's a pup. I'm really angry with the old man because he wont crate this dog. He's now destroyed my recliner and the love seat.

I got the rest of the relief valve out by heating up a flat head screwdriver and pushing it down into the plastic and unscrewing it. Called them back. They are sending me a new relief valve. I told them I'm not hooking this up just yet and she said when I do, if the filter doesn't work in any way, they will send me a brand new filter because I called them today.

My couch is still hosed though. Yes... he pulled it into the middle of the floor.

It was just a blanket. All Jim has to do is crate him. If the pup isn't crated, he'll finish the couch off. This is what he did to my recliner last week. He's cute and pretty ashamed of himself n maybe a little proud too.
