Rust on my resin coated top rails

I had my15x30 oval evolution above ground saltwater pool installed in 20166. I have rust all the way around the resin coated top rails. Shouldn’t this be u see warranty

Hi, welcome to TFP! You need to contact the manufacturer and ask about a warranty claim. They may have some hoops for you to jump through to honor the warranty. If for some reason your claim is denied, it looks like the rust can be ground off and the rails repainted with a rust inhibiting paint.
