Robot Cleaner Tripping GFIC

I am reaching out in other places however wanted to check here to see if anyone has had an issue where your robot cleaner has tripped your GFIC ? I have plugged other devices into the same socket with zero issue. For example my coffee roaster which draws fast and heavy 1800 watts , kind of like flipping on a hair dryer - instant on and GFIC does not trip. On the pool cleaner it starts up and runs for a bit , then the breaker trips - Today for example it ran 2 hours which i think is the entire program and right at the end trip the breaker (GFIC) . Unplugged the unit , reset the GFIC , re-plugged the cleaner and hit start - 10 mins and GFIC tripped again. This has happened 2 days in a row.
I will check with manufacture and an electrician but in case anyone has seen this I want to check as well - thanks

The GFCI trip indicates you have some water leakage into the electronics.
