RJ 60+ Cell Connection Error - Warranty and Repair

My two year old RJ60+ had a cell connection issue. Circu Pool issued a new part (RJ60N PCB Adaptor) and shipped it to me for FREE. No questions asked. The install instructions are attached.

If that fails, don't bother calling CircuPool. I tried that a half dozen times and got nothing but elevator music. Instead of calling, use the form at the bottom of the "contact us" page. Thanks for this info. I am having the same Cell Connection issue. I purchased mine (RJ45+) through Discount Salt Pools. Am I better off contacting them or Circupool?

It looks like DSP and Circupools are one and the same, connected, or at least cousins. Contact either and I think you will get the same answers.

Thanks. I contacted Circupool using the method @pkolker recommended above. Since i discovered the issue on a Friday afternoon I'll lose the weekend but i will post back with the response.

Circupool responded via email the next business day and shipped the PCB adapter the same day free of charge. I received it four days later, installed it, and my issue has been fixed for four days now. Pretty good service in my book.
