Retrofit Pentair salt cell to inline chlorinator

Hello - I would like to place an inline chlorinator where my salt cell is during the winter months. Are any of you aware of a retrofit kit or has anyone done this and documented it from scratch.

Hard to say since we don’t know what SWG you have and there are many different form factors.

Better to plumb in an inline chlorinator and put tablets in it when you want to. Although you will have CYA issues after a month or two of using trichlor tablets.

Thank you - I have a pentair salt system. I have found where I am, if I use liquid chlorine through the winter I come into spring very low on stabilizer however, using a floating table chlorinator in the winter has let me come into spring about right on stabilizer.

I would think that with four unions and a little pipe and glue you could make two removable sections fairly easily.

One with the SWCG and one with the in line chlorinator.
