Hi all!

We are in the middle of a pool renovation. My pool builder is putting in Resilience E series made by Magen eco energy. I also looked up this product and it is already discontinued. Anybody still using this SWG? Any problems/issues encountered with this product? Should I tell my pool builder to put in a different one? Will this be sufficient with my 20x40 pool? Are some of the parts of this product still for sale(example: salt cell)?

Thanks!

It looks like it's similar to the Circupool Core series. Most likely, there are probably different models for different size pools. We recommend SWGs be rated at twice the volume of your pool. I would steer clear of a system that's already obsolete. See if your pool builder can set you up with a circuit pool RJ series. It's well regarded here, and carries a pretty good warranty.

Ok, thank you. I will open this up to him. My pool is 20x40 4 feet shallow and 8-9 feet deep. Calculated it around 35,000-39,000 gallons. Should go with RJ-45 or RJ-60?

To be clear, I would not accept a discontinued item in a build or renovation unless it was free.
