Replumbing question for pool

The solar pool heater I’m going to install for a 2 inch header so will be using 2 inch pipe. I currently have 1.5 inch piping. How easy and what do I need to attach to my filter and the return line. I’ve been seeing ways to remove the old pvc and reuse it safely without damaging the return piece for the pool and into the filter. Any help or suggestions would be great. Wanting to do that part since I want to put diverters in instead of ball values which seem to stick some and two check valves.

You only need one check valve, in the solar-return line. Not a lot of room. Will definitely have to move that water bond and be creative with the rest.
