I live in central ky and have a 1970s gunite that needs new plaster and tile. About 1500 sq feet. I am having a hard time finding someone in this area to do it. Anyone in ky know of places to start to get quotes.

Have you been able to find anyone in your area to assist with the replaster?No. It seems most builders bring in skilled labor from out of state and most are not taking on remodels right now. The only one I have is 60-70 k for basic white plaster and basic tile, which to me means - not interested. I may reach out to the Nashville market.
