We have drained our pool for some cleaning, and I was planning on replacing the light, it’s a 120v older starite with the LED color bulb, it’s not quite bright enough for our pool. Florida Sunseeker now makes a 35w lew nichless fixture that will retro fit but I need to wire in a 12v transformer, my question is can the small transformer they sell be wired in the Junction box that sits above the light, or does it need to be wired in by the switch? Thanks.

Yup that’s the one, it just shows it in there literature as a small junction box next to the switch? I have a junction box to code above my light, where the I splice in. I figured it could go in there. But wanted to make sure before I drop the 400+ on the light. Thanks.
