I live in SC. When is the best time to replace a 24K gal pool liner? Also, is the water pumped out by other means than through our DE filter? Lastly, can we hope to get 2024 prices and have the work done in the 2025 spring?

When temperatures are in the 70s or higher and you have some sun. The vinyl is more pliable.

Also, is the water pumped out by other means than through our DE filter?

Typically a trash pump is used. You can also use a sump pump, but will take a while. Are you going to get the water out or the installer. Lots of installers want the water out...not by them. You need to ask.

Lastly, can we hope to get 2024 prices and have the work done in the 2025 spring?

Dunno...you need to call around and get quotes.
