Trying to wire the new suraielec wifi timer.
The provided diagram isn't easy to figure out.
I have a heater and a pump connected to the manual timer so when I move the little silver lever it turns both off or on.
My current right metal wire pipe is to the heater, the middle to the pump and the left goes to the circuit breaker.
I'm not sure if I have 110 or 220, the heater is gas, and my house is all 110.
Which wire/ s goes where on the new box?
The provided diagrams from the manufacturer are not in English :) I have no idea what they mean.

FYI.

This wiring does not look to code. Romex should not be sued for outdoor wiring. Critters can chew on the wires. All outdoor wiring should be THWN wire in conduit.

Shai,

Your timer is set up for 240 volts AC..

Old timer to New timer

Move the wires on Pin 1 to Com 1

Move the wires on Pin 2 to NO 1

Move the wires on Pin 3 to Com 2

Move the wires on Pin 4 to NO 2

Add Jumper from Com 1 to L

Add Jumper from Com 2 to N

Thanks,

Jim R.

Jim you are incredible. It worked. Given the old timer has no insulation with pin marking I google a bunch of images to I saw that they come w insulation with pin number designations, so I followed your map and it works!!
Can you please private message me your PayPal or Venmo? I'd like to send you a thank you gift.

Thank you everyone else for the help, yes the wiring was done by previous owner and I have no idea what their plan was, but it's a covered pump house so unless animals need 220v in their diet im good till we save for a pool system upgrade :)

Shai,

Thanks for the thought, but there is just no need to send me any gifts... I volunteer to do this, just to help people like you...

That said.. I would not have a place to volunteer, if it were not for TFP.. I suggest that you become a supporter, to help keep the TFP doors open...

Glad everything worked out ok for you...

Jim R.
