Repairing large divot in bottom of pool liner

I had a leak in the deep end of the pool in the liner... this caused a large divot, (softball size) that remains once we got the hole finally patched.. Is there anything that can be done for this. any recommendations?

In this case I would worry about the fix causing more harm than the problem. I don't see it as a problem other than being able to see it.

IF you wan to try fixing it I guess you could use something rounded and work on the area around the divot and see if you can even it out some. BUT I do worry this will do more harm than good.
