I bought this cleaner and it has great reviews. I assembled it and when i first turned on the pump it was cleaning very nicely, howveer after like 30 seconds it stopped cleaning. I have no idea why it stopped cleaning. It was moving fine while it was auto priming. Very confused

Sounds like you need to increase your pool suction. Hard to tell you how to do that since we know nothing about your pool and setup.
