Since Monday: chlorine steady at 4.5, alk at 90, ph at 7.6 (7.8 today), cya right at 35. We’ve tested daily at the same time everyday bc everything is now in check wince opening - tf pro kit + family owned pool store for cya confirmation/CH. So - what would be possible reasons to have some combined show up today, but not once since last Sunday prior to today? <.5 (1 drop back to clear on the FAS-DAP when taylor tested so somewhere below .5). Trying to set my thinking straight - there should NEVER be any CC if chlorine is steady, or CC might pop up a little bc that’s the nature if pools and debris/elements can bring random stuff into the pool chlorine needs to kill?

CC is made when chlorine does its job. Having 0.5ppm is pretty normal as Its bascially zero.
