Hello fellow pool people!

Issue I’m currently having is that my clients heater (2021 raypak 407 NG w/ an D-2) isn’t firing. (Client states that it’s worked before) but I can seem to place my finger on what’s wrong. I’ve already performed the following;
1. Replaced board
2. Replaced gas valve
3. Replaced ignitor

The unit still thinks it’s working fine. It even says “heating”.
ONLY think I have yet to properly check is the actual gas pressure. (But then again, the heater is only about 10’ away, was installed back in 2021, it replaced another raypak heater) thoughts or ideas on this?

You have a 250CFM trying to feed a 400,000 BTU heater. The gas service is undersized for the heater.

You need to check the gas pressure with a manometer.
