Even after factory reset
Did energizing the blue wired fry a relay?

Still reads the PV output erroryou want to shut power down completely to the transformer preferably a breaker. If it’s anything like ignition lockout, power needs to be disrupted for 90 seconds, or it locks out for a period of time.
You are getting those readings and there is no call for heat? I would turn gas valve off. Do you smell gas?Ok. Done and reset. Not calling for heat. Get PV output failure
Across red and yellow is 29v ac
Across purple and yellow 29v ac
Across red and purple is 0
I gotcha but it just says PV output failureYou should have a call for heat, the pv should open for 7-10 seconds establish flame and open main valve. If you are getting those readings it’s powering solenoids to open.
OkYou are getting voltage to the gas solenoids in an uncommanded state. The board most likely senses the pv first and displays the pv output failure. You shouldn’t get any voltage until there is a call for heat. The pilot valve will open first followed by the main valve in a sequence. I would turn gas off and power the unit down and inspect/replace board.
Its not a lownox heater at all. I suspect that the problem was that at one point the MV wire was wired to the timer so that if the filter shut off, the heater would shut off. The electrician, for some reason energized the MV wire with 120V to each side. So 120V went back to the control board on the purple wire. This likely did some damage to it.Is the heater a lownox heater? Does it have a blower? If not the pv and mv shouldn’t be energized early on. I suspect the high voltage lines were tied into the mv gas line, if that was the case I’m not sure what that would do to the gas valve.
