How do I get my repack 2100 pool heater to switch between pool and spa mode? I hit the mode button but it simply takes the temperature down and stays on spa. I’m thinking the control board is fried and I need to replace it??

Why do you need to switch the heater between POOL and SPA modes? All the modes do is select which thermostat setting to use.

The picture you posted shows the heater is not running due to the pressure switch not having enough water flow. That is usually due to a dirty filter.

Yo need to press the mode tab. What you need more is one of these. Peel that damaged one off, unplug from the board, install new one. If the rest of the heater works, its all you need:
