Raising CH

My CH is 160 and I need to raise it. Per pool math app I need 15lbs of Calcium Chloride, can I use this product to raise CH without issues?

The ingredients show "Contains 74.4% sodium, 20% magnesium and 5% potassium chloride along with 0.3% MG104, and 0.3% Urea blend".

You need a product that has "calcium chloride or calcium chloride dihydrate" as shown in Pool School.

I am not that versed in ice melt (never have ice!) but it does not look right.
