Suggest you first clean around the valve really good so you can inspect to see where leak is coming from. If from between lid and body, a gasket replacement might just fix the leak.

Maybe clean the area, take some closeup pics with and without the pump running and post them here..

Thanks for replies. I took apart and replaced the O Rings, and all fine now. Again, thanks everyone.
