I will be gone for 7 days in June. It took me 8 months to get my CYA down from 360 after switching to BBB. I don't want to mess up as when are on tight water restrictions and draining is out of the question.
This is my current test results
FC 6 Need to add chlorine
CC 0
PH 7.6
TA 90
CH 240
CYA 40---Yea
Borates 60 (Have a difficult time determining the color between 50 and 80, guesstimating in between)
Pool has full sun until 4:30pm and figure temps in Dallas will be in 90's
I have read several posts and gleamed this info: My 3 in pucks which weigh 8 oz will raise FC by 2.9, CYA 1.8, lower pH .15.
My pool has a spa overflow and a negative edge, so a high amount of aeration.
I would need to add 6 pucks to the inline feeder to maintain proper FC. My cya will raise 10.8 ppm, not sure what the results of my ph will be
Am I on track??
