PuriTech Hardness Increaser

I don’t use CH increaser given my location but it appears to be calcium chloride. Based on the dosing information (25lbs produces a 200ppm increase on 10,000 gallons), that puts the concentration somewhere around 73% calcium chloride. The rest may be excess water or other salts (like sodium chloride) or both. High purity calcium chloride would certainly be more expensive so if this product is a good price you might consider using it.

I have 20k gallons. My CH is 240, so this should get me close to where I need to be. Those 5 lb bottles barely make a dent, and the cost adds up quickly. I'd like to get feedback from others who have used something before I use it, just to be sure. The horror stories from Clorox salt really have me careful when using a different brand.
