Pump problem

I have a spa with Balbo controls. After two heater failures I have replaced the two speed 240 volt motor, upper control, heater and now circuit board. When I click on flow I hear the solenoids click but nothing happens. I have 120 volt on both red and black wires going to the pump. I accidentally plugged the pump into the blower plug and the motor ran. Any ideas?

two speed 240 volt motor,

Test red to white and black to white in the pump connector. You will ALWAYS get 120v to ground/neutral on a 240v motor.

Without wiring diagrams and pictures of the pump rating plate, all that we can do is guess.

Wild guess. is this a 240/120 pump, and is your blower a 120V blower?
