Pump not holding prime

Installed New run capacitor and pump fired up like a charm!

2 questions is there anywhere that sells the casing (hump) where the run capacitor sits. Mine is worn down and rusted bad.

Also any best practices in getting off the lid where the motor is. Took off the bolts and could not get it off. Super rusted. I won’t mess with it now because I fixed pump but just wondering.
