Phosphates are not a concern. I have never tested for or bothered with phosphates.
Maintain your FC/CYA based on FC/CYA Levels and you will not get algae.

You don’t have to keep phosphates down if you maintain adequate FC following FC/CYA Levels. So algae never takes hold. With no algae phosphate level doesn’t matter.
