Pump Leaking, How to Proceed?

I noticed my pump was leaking today. See video. Is this something I can fix myself? If so, how?

The biggest issue you might face is getting the impeller off the shaft.

I put two cups of 10% in the deep end. Did some skimming with net and ran my new Maytronics Explorer E30 for two hours. I figured it circulates a fair amount of water. Though I was concerned about it potentially getting exposed to localized high FC levels.

That was 0.5 ppm FC. You might want to add a bit more.
